Terms and Conditions

Due to health and hygiene regulations Hopeless cannot accept the returns of worn underwear. Hopeless do not accept returns simply for change of mind or if you have purchased the wrong size so please choose carefully. Please pay attention to care instructions as Hopeless will not refund or exchange goods that have machine washed or otherwise mistreated.

In the event of a faulty product, please contact us immediately about your intention to return the item. If you believe your garment is faulty, we will only accept the return within 7 days of you having received the item. The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn, unwashed and have all labels attached. Hopeless reserves the right to refuse the return of worn or used items. If the garment is found to be faulty a replacement garment or full refund will provided.

All Hopeless garments are handmade in Melbourne using fine fabrics such as silk and bamboo jersey. Each piece is special and we ask that you treasure and take care of your purchase so that you can cherish it for years to come.

Beware when wearing lightly coloured lingerie beneath dark denim or other dark fabrics, as the silk may discolour. Due to its nature, silk can fade over time and use. Please take extra care when washing.

Here are some helpful hints:

• Hand wash in cool water
• Use soap or mild washing detergent
• It is not necessary to use special cleaning agents
• Try rolling in a towel to remove excess water
• Hang or lay flat to dry in shade
• Keep out of direct sun
• Do not use bleach
