The Cat Garter is inspired by Audrey Hepburn's character 'Holly Golightly' in the film 'Breakfast at Tiffany's'. It is elegant but sweet at the same time, and very fun to wear. Named after her feline companion, it features white frills around the black sections which are fully lined, and ties in a beautiful bow at the back. I have also attached small bows at the garter clasps for a little something extra.
